| Mô tả Công việc | | We are currently establishing an offshore design and development center in Ho Chi Minh City. This center will service the US and international markets as well as offer innovative, cost-effective solutions to the domestic market. The following opening is a senior position. For other openings, please visit www.realizedmedia.vn. Job Description We are seeking an energetic and innovative Creative Director to bring new and fresh design concepts to life. The Creative Director must be passionate about conceptualizing, developing, and delivering compelling, user-centric designs for interactive media and web applications. The role requires an expert knowledge of multimedia, interactive media, and web application design and standards. It requires proven design capabilities satisfying international quality standards. It also requires a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, media and web technologies, proven leadership and management practices, and a commitment to delivering quality product according to schedule. The role will entail extensive client contact and communication, conceptualizing and presenting design ideas, developing and delivering designs. It requires a proven ability to manage and mentor design teams, as well as oversee production teams. The position is located in Ho Chi Minh City. Essential Responsibilities and Duties - Manage multiple projects (internal and external) from project brief through delivery with ultimate responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of the final work product.
- Proactively engage with clients, eliciting client objectives and requirements and lead creative sessions during project briefs and design sessions.
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for interactive media and web applications that resonate with the target market segment and align with clients' objectives and requirements.
- Proactively develop and pitch innovative and creative visual concepts. Create unique and innovate ideas in terms of image, identity, branding and sophistication aligned with the business objectives and requirements.
- Translate the concepts into storyboards, wireframes and design comps to illustrate the experience. Present the finalized concepts as part of the overall set of design briefs and estimate the time required to complete production-ready materials.
- Prepare and/or manage the development of production-ready visuals, audio and video.
- Align design and production processes, plans, activities and work product with the business plan, as well as with the plans and activities of the other business units.
- Refine, implement and maintain detailed design and production processes and plans that are in accord with the processes and plans agreed upon with the unit's director and the other business units.
- Manage design activities in accord with the detailed design and production processes and plans. Control quality of the work product.
- >>> Plan and manage design activities as appropriate to the media and project including data, visual, audio, video, user interface, functional, non-functional and technical specifications.
- >>> Manage and work with graphic and multimedia artists as they plan and prepare visual, audio, and video designs.
- >>>Oversee and work with analysts and developers as the plan and prepare user interface, interaction, data, functional, non-functional and technical specifications.
- >>>Continuously review and critique the artist's and developers' work product until the final set of designs satisfies the target quality standard.
- >>>Collaborate and coordinate design activities with clients and the other business units.
- Oversee production activities in accord with the detailed design and production processes and plans. Control quality of the work product.
- >>>Ensure supply and distribution logistics are planned and managed
- >>>Ensure development activities are planned and managed as appropriate to the media and project including visual and multimedia production, interactive media and web development, installation and testing of the final work product, and clients' user acceptance testing and training.
- >>>Continuously review and critique the artist's and developers' work product until the final work product satisfies the target quality standard.
- >>>Ensure service activities including 1) on-going optimization of websites, 2) maintenance of website content, and 3) monitoring and reporting of website analytics are planned and managed.

- Advise and, as needed, perform and/or support other business activities including business development, marketing and sales, client servicing, and support operations.
- Advise on appropriate and emerging trends and technologies in the area of new media.

Technical Requirements:
- Excellent technical execution of designs
- Expert knowledge of web design and standards including user interface, interaction, layout, usability, and cross browser compatibility
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dream Weaver
- In depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and scripting languages
- In depth understanding of the design limitations of interactive media and web applications
- Knowledge of back-end development and technologies including content management systems
- In depth knowledge of 3D design, motion graphics and animation a considerable plus
- In depth knowledge of Action Script, 3D Max, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere a plus
- Print and web design capabilities for integrated campaigns a considerable plus

- Near fluent English oral and written communication skills. Vietnamese language skills a plus
