In order to deliver value to our customers, we need to deliver the best product we can make. Developers design and implement the best solution. They also make sure that the solution is fully integrated, deployed and installed for the customers to access and use.

We build highly capable cross functional teams for the duration of each project. But we also aim to provide an environment that can support each team member besides the duration of a project. Team leaders work with their team members to build such a rich and thriving environment.

Yêu cầu chung:

Bằng cấp	Đại học

– Undergraduate academic degree – Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computing, Applied Science (IT)

– Computer fundamentals (algorithm, data structure, methodology), Programming skills (client-server, UX),

– Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Redmine, Trac, Bugzilla
– Experience of Agile working environment
– Strong working knowledge of CSS, HTML, javascript
– Good experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
– Good understanding of User Interactions patterns and wireframes
– Experience with media formats, images and flash
– In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques
– Customer focused, strong team player, analytical and critical thinking, open-minded, pays attention to details, self-starter
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including reading-writing-speaking in English), analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong interest in people’s career and development, willingness to build competencies and long-term thinking
– More than 5 years, as a Wed Designer, 1-2 years experience in managing a team of at least 3-5 people
