We are looking for someone who's worked with interactive design and web development for some years. You should have a good sense of color and design, usability and accessibility.

You must be able to put you into the user's situation. You must also be able to follow graphic guidelines and to ensure our products will get a uniformed interface. Occasional travel to some of our offices might occur so you should be prepared to travel abroad.

As all development teams in EPiServer is working according to lean and agile development principles with Kanban, it is beneficial if you have experience from agile processes such as Scrum or XP.

– You must have a strong interest in user interaction design
– Excellent knowledge of web-based UI design with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding (JQuery, Dojo)
– Solid understanding of browser compatibility, UI performance, and deployment
– Proficient with design tools like Photoshop/Illustrator,etc.
– Long experience in cross browser development support and building user interfaces that validates according to W3C and follow the latest accessibility standards is a plus
– Have a mix of web designer and web developer is a plus
– Good skills in English: both writing and oral.

* Development environment:

Our development environment is a HP Quad Core computer with 4GB RAM, dual 22” screens running Windows 7, Office 2010, Visual Studio 2010. For graphical design Mac can be the preferred environment
