The role requires an experienced and dynamic Digital Designer with a strong personality, who is a passionate self-starter and strong team manager ready to lead a team of designers to drive client design strategy and deliver great work in support of the business, and clients’, growth targets.

The role will encompass:

• Research & propose new creative ideas & best practices in Digital Marketing

• Leading, mentoring and developing a strong design team

• Working closely with all clients, to develop their brand and e-tail proposition in the online marketplace

• Creating, developing and managing strong client relationships

• Building strong internal relationships

• Supporting new business pitches as required

• BA in related fields
• 03 years experience in related fields
• Strong web agency background
• Previous experience of leading creative / design teams
• Strong creative skills with an understanding of technical building of sites and graphics, specifically competent in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign with creative flair which will span web, and ideally, mobile, print and multi-media
• Commercial experience of project life cycles and a sound understanding of implementation costs
• Will be comfortable working on concepts, with good communication skills and a high success rate
• Will be flexible in your approach to the role and will have the ability to complete multiple tasks to challenging deadlines
