– Work with project managers and team members to providing creative and professional recommendations in all areas of design and quality control
– Assist in the creating of an inner-office design workflow, approval, submittal and implementation guide
– Effectively communicate your design, concept and results to all levels of management as needed
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication across business operations and divisions
– Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
– Provide professional grade design by working with various divisions and site managers proposals
– Multi-tasking on various projects for various sites and applications
– Redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and resource
– Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
– Produce accurate and high quality work
– Ensure deadlines are met and work effectively under pressure

– Have background and good sense of art
– Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
– Experience in web/mobile user interface design
– BA/BS in Design or IT Related Field
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Fluency in English
– Leadership skills
– Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
– Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
– Strong creative portfolio
– 2 years working experience in a globally known international software entity or content provider
