The candidate should have the following skills:

- In depth knowledge of web designing process, HTML and CSS is a must
- Competent in using tools such as: Adobe Photoshop and coding environment like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Visual Studio.
- English reading and writing skills (Good English communication skills to contact directly with foreign colleges is a significant advantage)
- Good time and work management skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented.
- Prefer a small-business, fast paced working environment.
