| Mô tả Công việc: | | Responsibilities • Design original concepts mockup pages graphically to illustrate the nature of the web experience
• Creating a front-end design that is unique in terms of branding and sophistication yet in synch with the overall design
• Ensure usability, interface design and interaction design standards are adhered to and applied throughout the website
• Think strategically about new design paradigms and new features sets
• Document interface designs for communication to developers
• Maintain knowledge of current trends, color and technology relevant to web and graphic design
• Demonstrate knowledge of XHTML, email production, web standards, current web technologies and browser compatibility
• Understanding of website optimization |
| | Qualifications : • 4+ years of recent web and graphic design experience
• Degree in Web Design and / or related discipline is preferred.
Competencies / Skills :
• It’s essential that you have an impressive portfolio focusing on interface design work
• Must have strong creative and design skills including screen layouts, information design, and strong typographic skills is a must
• Ability to take creative direction to incorporate new pages
• Expert level knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS2, CSS3, JavaScript is a must, Website optimization (is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver & preferably Flash is an advantage
• Able to work on multiple projects, quickly and efficiently in a time sensitive environment, meeting tight deadlines, and reacting quickly and smoothly to changes
• Organized and excellent attention to detail
• The curiosity to innovate
• Dynamic, good teamwork skills. Quyền lợi:
– Mức lương: 1000$-1500$
– Thời gian thử việc 2 tháng. Sau thời gian thử việc sẽ được xem xét ký hợp đồng chính thức dài hạn.
– Được hưởng tất cả các quyền lợi theo luật lao động hiện hành.
– Đánh giá năng lực, điều chỉnh lương sau mỗi 6 tháng.
