As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of premium design work and take part in art direction for Notch client services and company projects. You will work with project sponsors and clients to define and document business and creative needs, develop new concepts, bring them to life and present creations. This will include but not be limited to branding, creative design, Web and application UI. You will also assist in leading, mentoring and art directing a team of Web designers.

Responsibilities:

– Translate creative brief and complicated brand problems into creative and clean visual design solutions while working within constraints of branding and screen design.
– Present design solutions for review project team members, management and clients.
– Create detailed design and functional documents (mockups, prototypes, specifications) that effectively communicate the visual design.
– Assist in development of a user interface design style guide that incorporates the visual design elements used across product user interfaces, help develop a visual design library for common user interface elements (buttons, icons, etc.) and conceive, document, and evangelize user interface guidelines and standards companywide.
– You will also be leading, mentoring and assuring a the quality of work for a team of Web designers.
– Assist in art direction for projects
– When needed you will work with 3rd parties on projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

– At least 03 years of extensive experience in digital design
– A detail portfolio of recent digital works, not limited to any creative designs
– Expert with Photoshop, Illustrator
– Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts for creative designs
– Experience/have knowledge of design foundation and screen design
– Experience in an marketing agency or Web development environment is a plus
– Experience of art direction is a plus
– Detailed and focused on quality and innovation
– Must be self-motivated and able to achieve results
– Aptitude to learn quickly and work well within a team environment
– Ability to lead resources
– Good at Vietnamese and English (oral and written communication)
– Having good presentation skills is a plus
– Knowledge of motion, sound and video is a plus
– Knowledge of Flash, 3D Max and other design tools a plus
– Proficient with HTML, CSS, Web Image optimization and scripting languages a plus
