WMC Corporation is a property management company focusing on hotels, resorts, apartments and commercial and retail property. The company operates the Windsor Plaza Hotel in District 5; the Sherwood Residence Pasteur, a luxury serviced apartment building on 127 Pasteur in District 3; and several restaurants in District 1, 3 and 5.

We are seeking active, experienced, talented, career-minded individual to fill in the following position:

The designer is responsible for the timely and accurate production of new designs, client presentations and production mechanicals. This position requires well rounded skills in illustration, typography and creative branding. Daily interaction with customers and other designers in a casual environment must be able to produce quick turnaround requests within tight seasonal deadlines. Superior attention to detail, high productivity, wacky ideas and teamwork are keys to the success for this position.

Needed Skills And Abilities:

– Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced production environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

– Proficient use in graphic applications on a PC are a necessary skill knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel – willing to learn other supporting software.

– Positive attitude for meeting the daily production requirements.

– Quick study of the printing process & all the technical aspects of pre-press set-ups

– Strong attention to detail, ability to cross check proofs/layouts and communicate adjustments as needed.

– Work comfortably in a digital environment and comprehend project revisions, press request and customer critiques

– Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week to meet business needs.

– Related practical work experience 2+ years of directly related employment in an advertising/marketing production environment garnish stronger salary compensation.

– Hotel, F&B background is a plus.
