The candidate should have the following skills:

– In depth knowledge of web designing process, HTML and CSS is a must
– Competent in using tools such as: Adobe Photoshop and coding environment like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Visual Studio.
– English reading and writing skills (Good English communication skills to contact directly with foreign colleges is a significant advantage)
– Good time and work management skills.
– Able to work independently.
– Detail-oriented.
– Prefer a small-business, fast paced working environment.
