– Work with project manager and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, art direction, design, production and quality control.
– Define design criteria, develop concept and direction, propose, direct and create art and photography
– Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material
– Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
– Effectively communicate technical messages visually and rework diagrams and sketches into polished format
– Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize assignments
– Redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and resource
– Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
– Produce accurate and high quality work
– Ensure deadlines are met and work effectively under pressure

• Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and 4 to 5 years of professional experience
• MUST HAVE Strong experience working on PACKAGING and related design projects.
• Experience in printing, web design, POSM, retail campaign is preferred

• Software requirements include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and standard Microsoft programs.
• Very strong typography skills, experience in publications.
• Interpersonal skills. outstanding communications must be able to communicate visually, verbally and in writing.
• Portfolio must show solid design examples.
