– Working closely with the Creative Director, art director, account servicing staff, copywriters, production/print shop, media, etc to produce the most practical, effective, strategic and tactical advertising for clients
– To visualize the concept briefed by Creative Director/ Art Director or copywriter in any form of communication tool for presentation to client.
– Produce artwork requirements with the Art Directors or any other person assigned or traffic or account executives.
– Planning and double-checking artwork elements so that the right elements (final approved copy, photographs, ect) can be ordered from suppliers in the right size, format, quantity, technique to save time and cost.
– Checking supplier typesettings, photoprints, ect when these are received and ensuring that they meet given specifications exactly and requesting make good corrections for mistakes immediately.
– Doing work speedily, neatly, economically, professional and checking the FA thoroughly after complement.
– Supervising other FA artist in the studio to enhance their efficiency, quality and productivity.
– Any other duties assigned.
